## Hematopoetisk stamcell (HSC)
- Pluripotent cell i röd benmärg som ger upphov till alla blodcellslinjer.
- Identifieras av ytantigen (CD34+, CD38−) och ligger i endosteala/ vaskulära nischer.
- Genomgår asymmetrisk delning → självförnyelse + bildning av multipotenta progenitorer (myeloid resp. lymfoid).
